Carl Stauffer is an Assistant Professor of Development and Justice Studies at Eastern Mennonite University. He also serves as the Academic Director of the Caux Scholars Program, which is held for one month each July in Caux, Switzerland. John Graham is the Director of Operations for the Giraffe Heroes Project and its principal speaker/workshop leader. He was a US diplomat for 15 years and has lectured and led seminars worldwide, helping individuals, organisations and communities successfully tackle the challenges of risk and change.
